Orders placed on dnaringjewelry.com are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification via email.

2. Shipping Options
We offer:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) – Free on orders over $100
  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days) – $15 flat rate
  • International Shipping (5–10 business days) – Rates vary by destination

3. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for:

  • Unworn, undamaged jewelry
  • Original packaging and certificates included
  • Proof of purchase provided

4. How to Return

  1. Log in to your account at dnaringjewelry.com
  2. Navigate to “Order History”
  3. Select the item(s) for return
  4. Print the prepaid return label
  5. Ship within 7 days of approval

5. Refunds

  • Processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

6. Exchanges
For size adjustments or alternate designs:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order
  3. Email [email protected] for price adjustments

7. Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund

8. Final Sale Items
The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom/personalized jewelry
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective)

9. International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Customs documentation
